This is my second visit to see Emma and I can honestly say I already feel 90% better than before we started our sessions. I would suffer with pain all round both my shoulders and nothing seemed to ease the pain. But now after my 2nd session I'm feeling great. With no pain and so much more flexibility I am able to go though my day without discomfort at the end. Emma used different techniques on my back including cupping, massage gun and deep pressure massage. Always asking me about the pressure and explaining things she would find going on with my muscles. I visited Emma after a muscle injury. She provided advice via text messages before my appointment to support me until she could fit me into her schedule. This was invaluable and reassured me of her level of care and expertise before I even met her. The treatment was amazing and I made a good recovery. The injury has recurred because of exercise and again Emma is doing all she can to fit me in ASAP. I will maintain regular treatments with Emma and trust her to help me recover from injury.

I can honestly say that Emma is the best massage therapist I have ever seen. She is very professional and also very friendly and warm. I have Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome and Emma always goes through everything with me about how my health has been and what my problem areas are and works towards targeting these areas and really tailors the massage to my needs. Emma’s aftercare is also second to none and she always advises me to have magnesium salt baths and drink plenty of water and rest, she also checks in after our appointments to see how I am doing. Emma also recommends exercises that I can do to help with pain and works towards really alleviating my symptoms with each massage. It is apparent that Emma thinks of her individual clients and ways to help them even when they are not in the therapy room.
